I hate leaving bad reviews. We purchased a whirlpool range through Costco which the oven door gets so hot that if a little one touched it they would get burned. Since it was past the year mark Costco wouldn't deal with it but sent it over to Whirlpool who sent a Reliable technician out. The first time was in May and the technician said that he had seen this same range before and it is just a bad design and that Whirlpool is replacing them with a totally different range. I've used Reliable Maytag many times for work purposes and personal. They are a great staff, honest, quick and really knows their appliance repairs. I recommend them to everyone I know. They really care about their customer!
Scheduler is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been without a dishwasher for 4 weeks, this last week was because of a mistake they made, I understand everyone makes mistakes but they should try to do better to accommodate when they do.. my only option is to wait till they have availability next week but I don’t think that is right. She laughed when I asked for a supervisor or to talk to someone else… even before this last phone call when she has called to schedule the other two times for them to come out for the same issue ... read more
Reliable Appliance was great to work with. They were really patient to answer all of our questions, and provided great service during the installation. We were very happy with the experience we had from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
