We have been doing business with Alex and Reliable Imaging since 2012. They deliver when they say and rush orders when needed. Also Alex is very helpful in resolving printer problems on older printers.

Prices are very comparable to other suppliers . Deliveries are always prompt
After switching to Amazon for our toner needs I got a cold call from ***** @ Reliable Imaging. She wanted to get our business & I explained I was buying from Amazon & I doubted they could match the prices. ***** was polite and promised they could price match with the understanding that she did not want to sell me really cheap "Drill & Fills". Great customer service. Their printer cartridges appears to be superior to the re manufactured cartridges from other vendors (i.e, Office Depot) and the price is very competitive.

Reliable Imaging has provided toner cartridges and printer maintenance for our company for several years. We use approximately $3000 a month in toner cartridges. Reliable maintains our toner cartridge inventory. and provides printer maintenance. Our printers are in a manufacturing environment and Reliable has done an excellent job in keeping them up and running. I would not hesitate to recommend their products and services.
