they sucks we are vacation and our car broke down and they artnt helping us we had to be left outside on friday when they locked the doors and we waited for a ride and then no loaner car for us and now they says its not covered under warranty and we have to pay for overnight for parts and may find more problems i mean relly my husband could fix it this place is not reliable at all they suck for hyundi service
Me and my fiancé got a beautiful 2019 Elantra, and we are so excited to have this car! Everyone who helped us was amazing! We felt very welcomed. I recommend them 100%!!!
Arrived 15 minutes early, got right in & was out in 50- minutes, with full service & software update. Always courteous & helpful review of any/all service performed, as well.
Great service. We bought our new 2018 Tucson back in July of 2018. Our saleman Jamie White is the best. We have received 3 phone calls from him checking in on us . Making sure we are still happy with our new car. We live in Carthage but i drive to Springfield to get it service. Our next service is March 6th, see you then. Hopefully Jamie will be there. Like to have a short vist with him.
we were very satisfied with Reliable Hyundai. Dalton was an awesome salesperson to deal with. We didn't feel pressured any of the three times we went there on the same day and finally we decided to purchase a Santa Fe and are very Happy with it.
