RecommendedHad our kitchen remodeled in 2014 and we were very pleased when it was completed. It exceeded our expectations. This was actually our second project with Reliable. They finished our basement back in 1996, which also exceeded our expectations and has been lived in regularly. Anyways, recently noticed some spots on our Cherry wood cabinets (Kitchen) and we were unable to remove them. From start to finish everyone at Reliable was great to work with. They did an excellent job with our 2 projects. In fact we were so pleased we have hired them to do another remodeling project.

We worked with Reliable to have them do a major addition on our house. They worked with us to understand our needs and to come up with a plan that gave us everything we wanted at a price that was workable. I cannot say enough good things about reliable. Before during and after the work all superb. We got our master bath completely remodeled. Everyone at reliable from the staff in the office to our superintendent Mike C Ducato to all the craftsman were all so professional. To us, the sign of a company that we want to do business with is their post-sales service. Reliable did a kitchen remodel 3 years ago and we recently needed to have some cabinet doors tightened / adjusted. Beth at Reliable immediately arranged for the cabinet company to come out and take care of us. It is this type of attention that keeps us coming back to Reliable.
Reliable's customer service is excellent. They went above and beyond to address an issue I had with my bathroom installation. They did a thorough job and followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. They even sent flowers! Thank you, Reliable!
They did an awesome job! "Reliable" is the perfect name for them because it's true. Everything was done on-time and as promised. It was truly a great experience and we enjoy our new 4-season sunroom every day!
