Anthony Herrera came ready to work. I needed a leak assessment for my AC unit and my 1st question was regarding the fee. He told me there would be no charge which put me at ease. After he verified where the leak was located he explained the process for ordering the part in great detail. I appreciate the fact that he double checked the original price that was quoted to me because it seemed high. Christian Hurtado was outstanding. We’ve been using Reliable since we moved here seven years ago. Lately they have been “unReliable” and disappointing . Missed appointments, multiple visits to resolve issues, in one case a worsening of issues. We’ve decided to leave Reliable. Christian may have convinced us to give them one more chance.
