I had a new residential garage door installed with all new rails, panels, hardware ,springs, cables and drums. Also including door perimeter seals. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. The 2 technicians were knowledgeable and very polite. The installation is excellent. The price was very fair for the quality. Highly recommended. I called in the morning about a broken garage door spring, and she correctly recommended replacing both springs. An appointment was scheduled for 1–3 PM, and the service team called at 1:10 PM to let me know they were about 10 minutes away. Cody and Grant arrived exactly as promised and were very professional. The day before Thanksgiving, the spring broke on our garage door. We weren't able to lift it to get the car out and needed help. Reliable came out same-day and fixed the spring and bearings at the bottom of the door. Our car is no longer trapped and we'll still get to see family tomorrow for Thanksgiving. Thank you!
