I had two custom mouth guards ordered from this lab by my dentist. Neither was usable without a lot of trimming by the dentist. In fact, the day guard I received yesterday was so bad that my gums and tongue were cut because of a poorly fitting "custom" device. Now I have to wait several more weeks for a re-do, after undergoing that nasty gummy stuff in the dental chair for the mold. Yuck! The lab broke the original day guard mold so that is not reusable.
Our office has been using RDL for quiet a while now. We have been nothing but fully satisfied with their work and their ability to always make our patients happy. Charles, in particular, has made such a positive difference for our office. He’s always willing to go above and beyond our patients needs.
