Always happy to see Andrew as our maintenance man! Such a hard worker and always makes sure we're educated on what's happening in our home. He spotted the issue promptly and got it fixed.
We had the pleasure of having Jonathan come today to service our HVAC system and we could not be more pleased! Not only did he show up on time but he was ready to make sure we had our system up and ready to meet our heating and cooling needs! Before he left he reviewed several areas that we needed to consider and assured us that if we had any problems to let him know. He is certainly a five star guy!
The technician was a gentleman, he explained several problems that I do need to think about. He even provided pictures. One of them being an uneven slab that my equipment is on. He got my service up and running, to which I am grateful, he gets 10 stars. I was mortified when he had to go to a section of my basement filled with cob webs. ;^) He was gracious about it. Thank you! The cost of the repair and wait time for the appointment was reasonable.
