Vince evaluated a problem that I thought was potentially related to a cracked or plugged drain tile. Vince evaluated the problem by scoping the the drain tile. He made some adjustments to a new sump pump I had installed and my problem was solved. His evaluation was honest and accurate. We experienced heavy rains and since and the sump and drain tile is working, no water pushing up through my foundation due to hydrostatic pressure. Vince was very helpfull and professional. They were the cheapest quote we received. To this point we have had no problems. The only thing was their clean up after the job was done. I had to throw most of the garbage and semi-clean up. Overall a good experience and would recommend them to anyone.
Installed a sump pump; everything went well & I'd recommend him to others.
They got the job done but there was a lot of oversight needed.
Vince and his crew were excellent in terms of completing the job as perscribed and on schedule with an eye toward minimizing the unavoidable mess associated with such a job (installed an interior drainage line to a sump pump to eliminate leakage along a concrete block foundation). Had them back to do a different job (backup sump installations) and were equally proficient in their work. The person they sent to do the work was not an employee of Reliable. Not a problem, but they should have told me up front that they contract out. He did a great job, was on time and courteous. The estimator who bid the job has yet to respond to an e-mail I sent him 2 weeks ago, in which I asked him to clarify a couple of things in the guarantee language. I've called the office twice to get clarification and have yet to receive answers to my questions.

The overall experience was fine. They were a bit messy and I have cement spattered all over my watersoftener and hot water heater. I also am still trying to get Vince back to my house to correct one slight problem. Their prices were reasonable and they didn't try to oversell me on anything I didn't need.

They did a great job. Vince came out quick for an estimate. Price was very fair and his knowledge was excellent. The technician that came out to do the work was on time, quick, and left the place cleaner than when he got there. Overall, I was very impressed!
