The job required two visits due to the multiple cracks. The first visit was to apply the material into the hairline cracks and the 2nd was to ensure the first application worked properly. The cost was reasonable and Vince is very easy to work with.

Overall the project went well. The crew arrived on time and completed the project in less then one day. It was a cold day and the back door was left open all of the time causing the furnace to run constantly. I needed to have them come back and seal gaps to prevent insect and rodent intrusion. They came the next day and sealed. I would have prefered an English speaking crew so I could understand what they all were saying all of the time. They did a great job. Vince came out quick for an estimate. Price was very fair and his knowledge was excellent. The technician that came out to do the work was on time, quick, and left the place cleaner than when he got there. Overall, I was very impressed!
Vince is a good communicator and explained things well. The storm drain I was having fixed and connected to sump pump turned out not to have any connection at all. I was told they will have to open up my finished basement in order to connect to sump pump. I just had the wokers drop the concrete floor, which was part of the original plan. They were very easy to work with and talk to. They answered all of our questions. They stuck to the quote even when asked to do a few changes. The quote was lower than all of the other quotes with comparable equipment, warranties and installation. The clean up, dust control and time to complete the job were good. (Interior basement drain tile system)
Vince stopped by to take a look at the wet spots in the basement. He was courteous and knowledgable, giving couple of alternatives based on priority, budget, etc. We have not decided on going forward with the suggested repairs, but I will be very comfortable employing them when we decide to move forward.
Quick response, quick fix of basement leak, friendly, and flexible with days/times. I would use again without even shopping around for basement leaks, and sump pump backups.
