Ordered part that never has been delivered tried contacting them through email and phone with no response and now the website is down. Definitely a scam.
Same as pretty much everyone else. I ordered a part never received it, sent them a text they said they would send me a second part, never received it. Tried to get a refund and now no one will answer me. This is definitely a scam. There are too many people in the reviews with the same problem. Do not ever buy from them. Worst company and customer service I’ve ever encountered! I never do reviews, but have to warn others. I ordered a replacement oven igniter that lasted less than a month. (Original igniter lasted 6 years) had the oven checked by a professional and no issues besides the bad replacement igniter. They promised to replace it after I paid to send it back. Parts Madness has taken my money and will not send the part I paid for and will not communicate in any way. This business is a scam. Do not buy from Parts Madness. Fraudulent business complaints have been filed through the state of Florida as well as the transaction company Parts Madness uses.
Ordered stove oven control, order #52602, part # 316455500 on March 7, 2023. They sent a control for my stove. It didn’t work. Assisted me in reading and testing the electrical output. Stove read fine, part they sent was faulty. They requested pictures of voltage readings to get a replacement part from whoever they order their parts from.
