I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I called because we had a toilet flood the house this morning while we were gone. Came home and bathroom floor is flooded probably a 1/3 of master bedroom carpet, soaked thru to master closet soaked through walls and baseboards into family room. I call this guy and spend 5-10 minutes arguing over what his definition of an emergency is. They did an outstanding job with a very professional crew and the best equipment. Highly recommend. I didn't think my home would ever look like normal again.

We had the unfortunate experience of a drunk driver crashing his truck through three rooms of our home. He destroyed multiple walls and a bathroom, causing extensive damage. The first company that was supposed to help us carelessly threw our surviving items into boxes, breaking many of them, and even stole our checkbook, writing themselves checks that we had to deal with in addition to everything else. This review has been a long time coming. If you're dealing with a leak, there's no one better than Tom and the team at Reliable Water Restoration of the Colony. I've used their services several times, and they are truly the best. For my recent roof leak, Tom came over and identified the water source in under a minute. He explained where the water had traveled, where it was pooling, and where the damage was.
