RecommendedHad a bit of a wait when I came in tonight, although it's a Friday after work so I figured I would have to wait. The gentleman was very kind, asked me to have a seat, gave me the color swatches for gel polish, and then offered me a snack and a drink. I think he did amazing job doing my fill and painting my nails. Very courteous, very clean and good pricing!

Leo gave me the best pedicure today!! Everything was so clean, spacious and relaxing. They offered snacks and water during my pedicure and put my socks and boots back on for me after I was done and helped me get packed up as I had my infant with me. Prices pretty standard for gel pedi with extras. Willing to drive the hour and 15 again to go back!!
They made me bleed on every finger. Nails were not the length or shape that I asked for. Do not go to Ross

This is the BEST nail/spa business in Cortland!!! They take care of your every need and cater to you the entire time you are there. You get snacks while you are getting a pedicure for FREE and they take the time to make sure you get the best treatment. You get a neck rub for FREE while your toes dry!!! Miki is my favorite gal that works there! She is beyond amazing, kind and GOOD!!!
I thought the salon itself was nice but I’m very disappointed in the staff I got a full set acrylic nail with gel polish yesterday and my hands hurt so bad today I was cut or sliced with the drill twice my nail beds are completely destroyed and not only that but I would think after completing destroying my hands because you were rough with them and making me bleed you wouldn’t make me pay full price ... I will never go there again
