Made an appointment for 11:30. Got there early and sat there until 12:10 still with no service and other people going in front of me.
If you get lucky and get a good tech it’s great. I did not and I now have cuts along every single nail bed that are red and painful. Will not be going back.
waited over 40 minutes and they sat someone who walked in immediatly bc they were getting a more expensive nail care. wtf

RecommendedI love love love this place! However, today we went for pedicures. I paid my bill while my toes were drying. I then divided two tips. One for my lady and one for my daughters lady, I like to tip each one. I always wait until the end. I personally hand them their tip. Well one of the workers come over and say where is your tip for the ladies. I said right here I have two tips for two ladies. He says tip now. How rude is that??! I believe workers should be tipped however I do not feel that was appropriate at all. 👎🏻👎🏻

I got my nails done 2 days ago, the paint was blotchy & it cracked. I went back in today to get a polish change & the man working as the receptionist told me I had to pick the same nail polish or he had to charge me. The problem was the nail polish was bad so why would I pick the same one? I said whatever & got them repainted. He didn’t take the first nail polish off & instead painted over them so they still look terrible, he only did 1 coat & he rushed to paint them.
