Amazing and talented staff. Edit. I had my Nails done by Thip today. She does an amazing job on my nails everytime. I have difficult nails with extremely flat nail beds.
I arrived at 6:20pm and was told by 2 ladies they were closed. I told them their hours stayed open until 7pm and just needed a quick polish change and drove all the way over. They still refused and said they were slow so closed early. I’ve had a good experience here in the past but won’t be back now because of this experience. If your hours say 7pm, you should be open until 7pm.
THEY DO NOT TAKE WALK INS!! Turned me away and no one has walked in the door ....waiting on .my ride. What a joke. .they just lost my business!!
Rude employees. Will not be back. I'll spend my money at another nail salon that takes pride in their customer service.
I’ve been going here for 5+ years for gel pedicures and have always had a relaxing experience. Every technician has been kind and helpful.
