Nice Selection I broke my mattress after jumping up and down on it (big surprise there) and had to get a new one. Healthy Back Store had really nice mattresses for everyone - from soft, to firm, to everything in between. I got a great medium-firmness mattress that has replaced my old one and is so comfortable. I never wake up with back pains or aches - sleeping is a pleasure.
DON"T BUY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! ! ! ! I saw the ad about healthy back online place my order and the next day I found another temperpudic mattress at another location cheaper I ask the company could they match the price they reply for $3,500 they reply they could only do $3650 so I cancel my order I was told I would recieve my fund within 3 business days ..I check my account NO FUNDS So I called and ask to speak to a manager the manger came on and explain to me that sh he was sorry that she will take care of this matter... read more
horrible customer service! About 2 months ago I ordered the tempurpedic solutions bed. It took me almost an hour to do it over the phone because of the incompetent staff! They kept hanging up on me every time I was put on hold. It was supposed to be free shipping both ways but there is a $138 fee that they could not explain to me and about $175 restocking fee if you decide to return it. A month later I called back to exchange it for a different mattress and half way through that order she said that they would have to call me... read more
Healthy Back Store is TERRIBLE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HEALTHY BACK STORE. Their customer service is terrible. I have been trying to return something for 3 months and still havent gotten my money back! Worst store ever!!!!!!! They don't pick up the phone and dont return phone calls. When they do pick up they dont do what they say they are going to do. The manager is RUDE!!! I think they make it near impossible to return anything to keep your money. Avoid this store at ALL cost.
Lots of furniture I like this store because of the location. It is part of a strip mall with plenty of parking. The Gateway computer store vacated leaving more space for other customers. The prices are on the high side, but if you have a back problem, it is probably worth it. They very rarely have a good sale, but they do have a lot of products to choose from. If they don't have exactly what you want, there is a fabric shop right right next door that sells lots of pillows.
What relief for my back and neck I have problems with my back and neck and have been curious about this store since I first noticed it one day as I passed by so I went inside and was so pleasantly surprized. First I sat down to rest on one of their most incredible chairs, Immediately my back stopped felt rested.. Easy Z's When we were in the market for a new mattress, we went to Healthy Back to "test drive" different brands. We ended up buying a Tempur-Pedic from a knowledgeable sales person, who understood how the brands compared. Given that this was a big investment, we were happy with the expertise of the staff and with the price of our purchase. Recommended, especially for those with health issues for whom a good night's sleep is extra challenging and important.
