I love it
I am truly surprised by the reviews here!Honestly and contrary to some of the other review, we keep saying that we feel like we live in a fancy resort!!!We moved into a wonderful apartment at Beale in June '12 and it has been an especially wonderful experience to date.The leasing process was great I agree that it is a lot of paperwork but you need to remember that it is a big building/corp. and not the "mother in law" or flat situation, that many of us are used to in Los Angeles, CA .
