I don’t recommend moving here...there’s a chicken problem...two roosters crowing every morning at 5...they refuse to pay to get rid of them...asked me to do it as if it’s my responsibility to take care of the grounds
Rude office staff. A manager that never shows her face. AT&T has attempted to force their services upon us after several refusals. Multiple instances of opossums being in the units. Neighbors that open mail and packages that aren't theirs, deciding they don't like anything inside, and then delivering them to your door early the next morning so as to avoid confrontation. I was really happy to discover this complex and loved living here the first year. Since then it was slowly become an overpriced ghetto.
Very quick to tend and fix things inside the apartments. But not very keen to controlling the complex as far as the rules and regulations. Been here 5 months and I can tell you the experience hasn't been so pleasant. Definitely not peaceful. And no one has to follow the rules manual. It's actually for show. The behavior at the pool at night time is horrible. Loud explicit music, not talking just any kind, but the kind where every other word is d**k & f**k, and its supposed to be a family place.
