I asked for a bathroom exhaust fan replacement to be done. He said he would do it and he has not communicated back.
Poor communications. Wanted to have them do a job, they quoted, then when we got to the nitty gritty, they backed off. I think they figured it wrong, realized they were over their head, and just failed to respond. If they didn't want the job, they should have said so when they realized it, instead of jerking me around and letting me hang out to dry. I wasted 3 months of precious time trying to get them moving.
