I have been there a few times and had a very nice experience but I am not happy about them falling off the face of the earth?!?!? Several people in my family have gift cards. Are you out of business?? The phone number has been disconnected? It is a bad business practice to close up and not leave any information for your customers. I'm sure there are many former customers who have gift cards that they would like to redeem or be reimbursed.
