I made a $4500 order for cabinet pulls. I go charged $4500 and then a few hours later got charged another $1019 and then a few min later I got charged $1.01 which seemed fraudulent. I called and talked to Chris. She was the ruddest person I’ve ever talked to. She should be fired immediately. As a large contracting firm we will most likely not do business with someone that hires such people.
Great offerings. Good phone service. Helpful in store service. Good product in stock. Got these cool shelves just in time for photo shoot! Everywhere else was had to order. Here in stock! Thanks! I hate the parking there, Ponce City Market. $3+ for dashing in and out. Don’t like. Sunday was a zoo. Had to come back Monday.. Otherwise would get more stars.
Extremely nice and beautiful
Poor customer service. A friend suggested this place, so I decided to visit on January 25. I'm working on a project for four community developments in the metro Atlanta area. My friend and I entered, but no one greeted us. The staff appeared busy moving a rug to the back, which was fine, but then they continued chatting back there while we waited.
