While I was frolicking around the plaza, this store lured me in. It was the chandeliers and pendants that caught my eye. Upon entering I was greeted by the sweetest employees Parker and Kevin! I will be completely honest, I did not intend to make a purchase but just to browse around and kill time. They were both so welcoming! Parker had a wonderful smile and Kevin educated me on the history of the company and the fixtures. It was a pleasant experience! This is a 5 star rating for my two new friends! ♥️
I love the style here. It’s like Room & Board with warmth. But what drives me to write this review is the great staff. Shoutouts to Nia and Reniya for helping with a lighting order. And jumping in fast to remedy a product issue.

I am torn, I wanted to leave a seething review regarding my experience, but then I met Elle she deserves 5stars all the way! (she is amazing) but wow the customer service over the phone and entire business model is the most excruciating experience you will ever have. Not only could I hear the representative chomping away on I guess her lunch, they had absolutely no product knowledge or operational insight.
