Worst experience.  Dr Merhi seems caring but he can’t remember one patient from another. He asks you to weigh in on your treatment when he is the doctor and should be recommending the treatment. Meds were written and ordered incorrectly, the anesthesiologists were not good and never the same….probably per diem. Nurses did not explain well and were not very professional or helpful during procedures, once leaving a needle in a patients arm who they were discharging.

I would like to give a big shoutout to the team at RFC in their Manhattan location. They have been very attentive during my process with them. I would like to say thank you to Mena the ultrasound technician, she always made the experience connected and not just a human going through this process. I would also like to shoutout the girls at the front desk as well as they always have been attentive and hear me out when i needed to relay a message to the Dr's. Went to the New Rochelle location and it was the worst. these people dont have a glue to what they are doing. if i could give 0 stars I would have given it.
