I used Rejuvenate Austin for an IPL on my face and chest, and Laser Genesis on my face. I started with IPL on my face and initially, I had a bad reaction. My face broke out (I don't have acne normally), and I had to go to my dermatologist and get an antibacterial cream and take an antibiotic. The acne cleared up in two months. I think I had a reaction because I worked out at some point after my treatment. I have been in to Rejuvenate a couple of times now, and have come back to Austin from NYC to visit this office because of how comfortable I feel with both the demeanor and skill of everyone here.
My visit was great. I met with Melissa about cool sculpting. She's very knowledgeable and also very enthusiastic. I knew immediately that I had made the right choice. I've had Botox here in the past and Dr. Wright is amazing. Much better than anywhere else I have been in Austin!
I found Rejuvenate Austin on the web, and am so glad I did! Dr. Wright explained the procedures clearly and gave me great confidence. She was personable and professional. Looking forward to completing a number of services here.
I had a vampire facial today, and overall the experience was very positive. The nurse who performed the facial couldn't have been nicer or more informative. The doctor also checked in a couple of times and helped out when my blood draw proved tricky - again, very warm, kind, and professional. My microneedling procedure and overall experience at Rejuvenate Austin was great! They were kind enough to let me move up my appointment on short notice, listened to my concerns when I came in, and eased my nerves before and during the procedure. The downtime was extremely quick and I can't wait to come back for my future microneedling appointments.
This is my second laser treatment with Stephanie. She was extremely gentle and explained every step of what she was going to do. It was over before I knew it and with a lot less pain that I expected. Exceptional care!
