Reliable – It only took them a half of a day to repair a leak in the flat area of out roof. I am sorry, but I don't know what they did to fix it or what the original problem was. I really liked that they were very responsive. The roof began to leak again and they were back out immediately to do the repair at no cost and it has not leaked since.
