Dr R Brown discriminated my son when he was ill and needet a doctor visit. On this time we moved from Cape Coral to Naples. She play with us for months let change the doctor be my son his insurance cart and after all this procedure and this maltreatment she rejected my son with lie and glee
We love Dr. Brown and her staff! She always takes excellent care of our two daughters. We are always able to get an appointment on the same day when one of my kids is sick. I really appreciate the time she takes to explain developmental milestones or different ways to care for any ailments we are experiencing. She is an outstanding doctor and I feel that she truly cares about my children.
My husband is in the military so my daughter and I are spending six months in Florida while he is away on Army business. I called to make my daughter an appointment with this office, and I was told that they would not see her because we are not full time Florida residents. I tried to explain to them the transitory nature of military life, but the scheduler was adamant that their office could not see my daughter for a flu shot and check-up. This was a very frustrating and disappointing encounter.
My wife and I are very happy that found Dr. Brown 7 years ago. We were still in a process of learning and understanding as young parents with our first child when we made the transition from the previous pediatrician that we had to Dr. Brown and what a difference she has made in our life ever since. For our first time visit , it was ok , we had to wait awhile to be taken back, even though we got there early. And we waited some more in the exam room. Nurse who took the vitals, not friendly, not a even single smile . We didnt actually see dr. brown, we saw the PA.
When I entered the place, i knew right then and there that this is gonna be perfect for my kids. They are always happy to be there in their care. They feel safe. I am happy to know that i have a doctor for my kids i can trust.
Doctor Brown has cared for my three children for six years. Her knowledge and expertise is nicely complimented by her bedside manner. Dr. Brown cares for the whole child, not just symptoms. Over the years my experience has been that my children are always seen when sick, no matter how booked her office may be and she takes her time with each child. It is apparent to me that my child's health and best interest is her top priority. As a mom and an elementary educator I recommend Dr. Brown.
Dr. Brown is very good with our daughters. She makes them feel comfortable and takes the time to get to know them. She also really listens when we discuss their health and well-being.
