Dr Brown has been our pediatrician for many years, and I have been expressing concerns about my boys (12 and 14) growth rate for the last couple of years. She was dismissive last year, but despite her attitude, I got her agree to send us for a blood test and age bone test at least. She had the office call us let us know that all is well. This year, we got lucky and we got Emily for our annual visit who immediately noticed that the boys growth chart wasn’t right, and thankfully she referred us to a specialist. Excellent! Lots of good info and time spent with my child.
She is condescending and rude, extremely unprofessional and horrible bed side manner. spoke in a manner as if she thought i didn’t speak english, she did not let me speak and interrupted me then kept asking question on why she was confused about medical history but never got cleared up because she didn’t allow me to speak with then saying i was interrupting her. I've been visiting her for the past 6 years, she sees all of my 3 boys, she always makes recommendations, every appointment she would give them a book, samples of products etc.. never had an a negative complaint about the staff either.
Office staff is fine, seek another ped.
Dr. Brown is a fantastic pediatrician! Very kind and understanding. She treats us with respect and listens very carefully to our questions
Excellent staff and caring doctor. Our children love her and so do we. Dr.Brown and her staff have been taking care of our 2 children for 4 years and we can not say enough good things about them. We never have to wait long and they always get us in right away for sick visits. They all know my kids by name and my kids kniw them by name as well. Dr.Brown remebers details that the kids tell her about whats going on in there lives and is suoer attentive and caring.
Kids love her I love her, she and everyone in the office is always nice. Lucy is the best my son loves her. Dr brown has been amazing from the moment I became a mom and continues to help answer any questions I have even if they ar silly. My son now 4 and daughter 2 are healthy and happy to go to her office, and if the kids are happy mom and dad are happy.
