Great selection of engagement rings I thought the jewelry at Reis Nichols was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We shopped for engagement rings here and were impressed by the wide selection. They had rings for every budget. Although we ended up purchasing elsewhere, I did enjoy my experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained every diamond thoroughly. I would return for future jewelry purchases.
Incredibly Knowlegeable Salespeople Shopping for jewelry, especially for diamonds can be incredibly intimidating and stressful for most people. The staff at Reis Nichols knows this and they make every effort to make the experience if not enjoyable at least bearable for every customer. They are also more than willing to work with you to find what you need well within your budget.
Nice rings Reis Nichols is where we bought our engagement ring and wedding set. I loved the beautiful selection of diamonds and settings. And the staff was professional and helpful in finding a set that we liked and that was within our budget. The prices are a little on the high end, but it's because it's a small, family run business instead of one of the chain jewelers. Any brand of watch batteries replaced in minutes! And at only the cost of a donation into the charity box by the door.
Gotta love the not so friendly sales people when you are not there to buy! I had a repair of a David Yurman piece, that I did purchase there, and she was not very helpful. Ugh.
Cole Hale is an amazingly helpful guy - it's all about you with him. Zero pressure - 100% satisfaction. Ask for him!
Their customer service is beyond impeccable. We have been assisted by Aaron for almost a decade now, and every purchase has been fantastic. The other sales associates even know that we're "his". Lol
