Dr. Rich and the whole team are professional, competent, and compassionate. I originally came in for a minor adjustment to feel better. My wife has been his patient for over 20 years. After the x-rays, Dr Rich pointed out the effects of 2 injuries I had sustained 40 and 50 years ago. All because I didn't get the proper treatment after the injuries. Dr. Rich made a treatment plan and I am in phase 2. I have never felt better in my life.
Dr. Rich is a very caring, intelligent doctor. He takes time to understand you and your family while helping in an efficient way.
I came in not knowing anything about Chiropractic. Trisha was extremely helpful and kind-hearted from the get go. Dr. Travis really answered all my questions and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this to people wanting to find out what Chiropractic work is all about!! Lastly, Colton is very professional and genuine!! Love y'all :)
