I will not be recommending this pediatrician to any of our friends. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. The nurse was heavy handed when giving my child shots. I didnt find them gentle enough to work with my children. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly but they weren't at all. The wait to see the Dr is always over an hour good luck if your child is impatient it is a nightmare visit every time at this place.
My family loves Dr. Reinhart Ever since i had my daughter 12 years ago she has been in the BEST of hands. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers.
