Bought a set of tires from Reineke Family of Dealerships Nissan on Cable Rd in Lima in April of 2025. They carried a two-year road hazard warranty. Reineke Family of Dealersips will not honor the warranty. Nissan will not honor warranty. Never buying anything again from Reineke. On top of that had an oil change and tire rotation. Back and front tires are supposed to have different psi. They must have not checked the pressure, I checked after my SUV kept pulling to the right. The right side was different then the left.
I was on a trip back from Tennessee when my engine light came on - flashing ! I drive a Cadillac and the closest dealer and the only one that answered the phone was Reineke Ford. I spoke with the service advisor named Chris . He was fantastic. I explained I’m from out of town and had to get to the border for an appt and he said he would see what the could do.
