Been here for 2.5 years from moving around with the Marine's and government jobs had Ford and Lincoln products majorly of my life. With the Top service package. I never felt welcomed like I have nor respected, Anytime there's an issue with my vehicles or recall, I don't feel like the wool is being pulled over eyes on prices, service and parts!!! Courtesy, respect, and dignity would reffer them to all my friends.

The sales staff at Reineke were great. No high pressure sales. They asked me what I wanted in a new vehicle and worked with me to get exactly that. Right down to the color.
Ya'll closed immediately after we purchased our vehicle for CASH. We were told to contact Reineke Ford for problems. WE ARE having problems only to he told we need a dealership. Closest one, Findlay. I ,WE spent $80,000.00 buying a NEW Nissan and a USED Ford truck from your Ford dealership. I'M PISSED. Transmission issues and Brake issues on a $35,000.00.Brand New Car
