I rented from Reindeer for 4yrs and they were great to deal with from day one and very prompt if there ever was an issue. Paul was great to work with and made sure that everything was always taken care of. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent in the Grand Forks area!!
Me and my fiance stayed at 1421 absolutely loved the house. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. From day one Reindeer Property has been so kind to us!! Paul is so nice!! I would rent though them again, thank you Paul and reindeer property!!
Said there was a 2 bed ol1 bath place I could apply for, was lied to about them trying to clean it up over the weekend and so I could be told if I could rent it, he was out of the office for a week and a half and then I call today and somehow it’s sold and he had no more properties. Waste of two whole weeks for me waiting to hear back. Definitely won’t be applying again.
For my first experience with apartments, this place has been more than amazing, the price is good, the team is very nice, and very willing to help you with any issues, any time of day as long as someone is available, it's been a very pleasant experience so far, highly recommended, especially to first time renters like me
Just called this property management and was immediately met with a rude and dismissive attitude from an older man who answered the phone. He was passive-aggressive, asked inappropriate and irrelevant questions like where I was calling from and whether I was staying at a missionary and ultimately told me he wouldn’t rent to me. The entire interaction felt discriminatory and unprofessional.
