Dr. Verson was thorough to begin with, but when St. Francis incorrectly billed the wrong insurance for my claims, I accumulated a bill in which I believe was the reason my provider abruptly stopped seeing me before a diagnosis was made.
Dr verson is a wonderful caring dr. His office staff, front desk to nurses are incompetent. Phone calls from nurses that are promised next day DO NOT happen, most of the staff is rude, male nurse should not be working with the public much less in the medical field! 5 days after my first thing in the morning promised call I've left another message. The only person who cares about your health is the dr, and I don't think he has time to call his patients. Personal opinion do not use these people!

Dr Verson and Jodi Hammock are very good, but the medical office staff is awful. They do not call n scripts, they file with the wrong insurance, the file with the wrong pharmacy, the medicine is not in the office, but they call to confirm your appointment anyway. Just awful!!!
