Dr. Verson & his entire staff deliver! From compassionate care to thorough care plan that’s explained and printed for me. His commitment to find my issues was amazing. He is kind, intelligent, compassionate, and thorough. I highly recommend him!
diagnosed with a serious debilitating disease for which his office failed to arrange treatments for, for over a month until I got involved. As I write this, I am in the middle of conversations with Verson's office and the treatment facility and it is apparent that no one knows what the @#$! is going on. HELP HELP!!!!!!!
I had a stroke in May and the first available appointment I could get was July. Apparently Dr Verson is a stickler for being 30 minutes early, so we were 40 minutes early. My husband took the day off and we got a babysitter so he could go with me. When they called me back, they refused to see me saying my doctor’s office never faxed them the referral, even though I have the referral in MyChart from May 9! Terrible issues being treated with vitamins. Rude, unsympathetic staff. Can I give no stars?
I'd been seeing him for years and felt satisfied with his level of healthcare. However, when I sought long-term birth control methods, he dismissed me out of hand, and though he was not unkind, I felt disrespected and belittled. For general reproductive health, he was always fine, but after that I felt I'd be more comfortable elsewhere.
Has been my neurologist for 21 years. Love him.
My brother was denied surgery for his broken clavicle due to him having epilepsy and blood clots in his leg. His clavicle bone is about to poke through his skin. He is in pain and Dr. Mccluskey said I'm not prescribing you anything for the pain. If you did not feel comfortable operating on him that is fine, but why waste all our time. I had to leave work 2 hours early to take him to this appointment. We could have been told over the telephone he was not a good candidate for the surgery. A world class expert shoulder surgeon
We like Dr. Verson very much. But his staff is not so good. When you call the office you get voice mail. And no one returns your call. They would not call in my husbands medication after our first visit when he was released from hospital after having a stroke!! I even had our pharmacist call twice! We had to finally get our PCP to call in his meds. Office staff is very rude at times.
