the service and parts staff were very willing to accommodate my needs and did a great job on time and on budget
I bought a bike from Reiman’s and only owned it for around a month. The fuel pump went out after only a handful of rides. I contacted my salesman and he was more than happy to take care of the issue in order to get the bike back up and running. That speaks volumes for their customer service and now spring just needs to get here!

I recommend Reiman's for any of your HD needs. A couple of weeks ago, I broke down on our way for a Smokey Mtn's motorcycle trip. There were other dealers closer, but they didn't show the interest in helping me get to their shop or getting me back on the road. I called Reiman's and Denny (owner) drove approx 1 hr to come pick me up with his trailer, get it to his shop and make my repair a priority! Great customer service from this dealer.
