This is one great dealership. Was planning to buy a bike from an independent HD Dealer, which are few and far between. After making a quick stop in Rockford, I made the long trip to Kewanee and I'm glad I did. Jack made the deal happen, he is a very good salesman. Coree in the Financing Department explained everything clearly and was a pleasure to work with. Roger in service quickly got me in and set the bike up to my specifications. Great staff!! Everyone very helpful! Great variety of products.. took all my info to keep an eye out for a bike that fits my needs and price... not pushy like other dealerships... + got a sweet shirt to represent y'all!
Sold me a junk pressure plate. I called and tell them it was a manufacturers defect and they did absolutely nothing to help me. Won’t be back.
Absolutely the best HD dealership around. They have carry a large parts inventory, and even better motor clothes inventory. They always have plenty of very friendly and helpful staff on hand. The owner is usually on site and walking around talking with customers. They are a 45 minute drive for me but we’ll worth it. I would rather travel to them than visit my local dealer who is within 10 minutes of me.
