My daughter just finished her second summer doing their strength and conditioning program. We’ll for sure be back again next year! Not only did she love going to the classes, but the coaches helped target training to her specific sport (competitive cheer) and she took away knowledge that she’ll include throughout the year to support her demanding sports schedule. Beautiful facility, wonderful staff and a program I can’t recommend more highly for any youth or HS athlete.
I trained with Jorge and Mirielle for about a year as a college athlete. They have experience working with athletes of all kinds. Their development work is comprehensive and includes help with strength training, mechanics, speed training, and nutrition. They are an awesome team! Would recommend to anyone (especially baseball athletes) looking to take the next step in their career.
Amazing facility. Knowledgeable staff. My son enjoyed his workouts and looks forward to more.
Food very good and also customer service.
