I trained with Jorge and Mirielle for about a year as a college athlete. They have experience working with athletes of all kinds. Their development work is comprehensive and includes help with strength training, mechanics, speed training, and nutrition. They are an awesome team! Would recommend to anyone (especially baseball athletes) looking to take the next step in their career.
