The staff is wonderful. They were so compassionate and understanding when my Cassidy was ill.
The girl that did my home check before I adopted my GSD highly recommended Reidville Road. I have not been disappointed. The care my 4 dogs and 2 cats receive is incredible. And the staff truly loves what they do. Time is spent with each of my pets when we come in. There is never a rush. They are like family.
Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and definitely animals lovers, especially Dr. McCravy. He is just fantastic! I recently brought my golden here for a second opinion on his limping. We got some not so great news, but honestly everyone was really great even though I was a mess. One week later, Dr. McCravy also amputated my dog's leg and did an absolutely fantastic job answering all our questions, and even seeing the dog on short notice when he was bleeding a bit. Great staff and doctors. They all have an obvious love for animals. We were very happy with the care provided during Kobee's diagnosis, surgery and recovery. Highly recommend them.
