Dr. McCravy and his staff are the best! I'm so glad I chose to go to Reidville Rd. Animal Hospital. They were quick but very efficient and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for seeing Watson and making him and I feel better! 🐶
What can they do better? How about they stop charging ridiculous prices for prescriptions. I didn't realize it until I got home and studied the bill, but I found they charged me $78 for a dog antibiotic. I called Sam's Club for a price check and there identical prescription cost $14. Called Reidville and they would not offer any return or cost relief, they are going keeping the $60+ because I didn't question the charge while checking out (and handling a sick dog). 5 Stars! The staff at RRAH could not have been nicer. They were willing to squeeze us in to treat a sudden back injury in one of my Shih-Tzus. Dr. McCravy is wonderful! My pup wagged his tail through the entire examination. 😊
This weekend has been very hard on me for numerous reasons and then on top of it all one of my sweet pups managed to somehow slice himself on the fence and rip a large area of skin off his side 😢 the staff at RRAH was so absolutely amazing!!! They treated my baby like he was their own! The doctor and assistant explained everything to me so well and loved on my boy. They truly did an exceptional job stitching my boy back up. RRAH staff and doctors are fantastic. I worked here over 20 years ago as a senior in high school, and they have maintained the same personalized, friendly, and quality care for decades.

If you love your animals like we love ours, the ONLY Veterinary Service/Animal Hospital for them is Reidville Road. They are the BEST.....hands down.
reidville road animal hospital took such good care of my cat zeppelin. They did everything they could to help him recover from kidney failure. ultimately we ended up having to put him to sleep but everyone there was so supportive and made the process easier to deal with.
