Great service, Amazing group of people, not to mention they have a playroom for kids, free slushie drinks, and coffee ☕. Plus, they literally do everything they can to help out the customer. They make sure you don't feel like just another sale, they want you to know they care!!! I can't recommend them enough! We got a 2025 Nissan Rogue with only 32 miles on it!! We don't owe a payment until December!!
I spoke on the phone with Eugene to get this whole process started. Met up with Dan to set everything else in stone. Dan was super helpful & right when we were ready to abandon ship, he insisted we took a final look & that car was the jackpot. Dan knows what he’s doing. John was a super big help with understanding all the big words in contracts & how the finances would work. 10/10 Looooove the Reidsville Nissan & their team. What would normally be a huge stressful process, was made extremely comfortable & worry-free.

I went in knew what I wanted , I was greeted by Dan I let him know what I wanted and what my budget was , he worked it out. He’s also a familiar salesman with my family, he was very patient with me and we even talked about how he use to have dreads 😂 great salesman I would definitely recommend .
Reidsville Nissan is the best by far for customer service for prices for the value of your vehicles. Your service department is absolutely awesome. If you have a problem all you have to do is call they’ll talk to you about it. The sales department is awesome.
