I came in today and got an oil change and a tire rotation. As always Jeremy and Lindsey took care of me...they are the main reason that I have been a loyal customer for several now. They are very trustworthy always friendly and they are very good at what they do. They go above and beyond to make sure that I leave a satisfied customer. They are simply the best! Great service, Amazing group of people, not to mention they have a playroom for kids, free slushie drinks, and coffee ☕. Plus, they literally do everything they can to help out the customer. They make sure you don't feel like just another sale, they want you to know they care!!! I can't recommend them enough! We got a 2025 Nissan Rogue with only 32 miles on it!! We don't owe a payment until December!!
I just recently purchased a vehicle from Reidsville Nissan. I was referred by my mother to a sales man names Eugene. He did a wonderful job with helping me find a car. I am now having some issues with the car and have brought it to the service department 3 different times. The first two time they were unable to duplicate the noise, the second time i caught an audio recording and video then took it to the service department. The sales department specifically Cory was very delightful, knowledgeable and friendly not everything he said was truthful but the deal went through and I’m very happy. The cat needs touchups where dents in the doors and around the truck paint has lifted. Also only gave us a 1/4 tank of gas Could use some better honesty in the sales
