One star is too much! Not as reputable as they claim to be and WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, if you let them! They seem to have a lot of good reviews, so I guess they do something right or there are not enough technicians around nearby. Either way here is my experience…. Took a 11 month old husqvarna yth18542 in for warranty service because it would not start. It was used about twice a month to mow a yard that is less than .25 acres. Had taken two weedeaters in there for service $40 deposit for each one of them and then told me there was it worth fixing none of my deposit back she told me it took a half an hour for them to check it outSo $40 for a half an hour for work I don’t think so bad business
