How can you stay in business if you don't take care of your customer's ? I was ready to start this week Brent even said he would be here THIS WEEK.....he's a no show had to hire another company to install my flooring !

We said we would start the 2nd week in August and you also never told us which type of flooring you picked out. We can't start a job when no flooring has been order. Not sure how that's our fault that but sorry for your experiance.
Made a big mistake by going with the cheaper quote from one of the local "Box Stores" on flooring. They did come in and put my tile in for a cheaper price but they didn't tell me that I didn't have the proper waterproofing under my shower. Now it's time for the professionals at Reidland Custom Tile and Flooring to fix my problem the right way. NEVER again will I let my wallet and ignorance of the trade get in the way of using the right contractor the first time!
These guys did a great job on our tile job. We had our kitchen, dining room, hall, pantry, and laundry room done and the floor turned out beautiful. We had it done before listing our house to sell, and it SOLD IN 1 DAY! The buyer loved the floor! Highly recommend them
