Staff was very rude and very uncaring. Ended up taking my son to Englewood Urgent and will for all future needs.

Chris and Carrie was very professional, caring and provided great service. I regret getting the LPN name that gave me an injection but she did a great job. Thank you to all that took care of me.
My daughter gets a sinus infection this time every year. Unable to get her into her physician until tomorrow so brought her to urgent care here in town. They were not friendly at all. Felt the whole visit was rushed and all that was recommended was OTC meds. If that was working I would not have brought her in here. Will not return to this office as it was a complete waste of time. Never had a Bad experience, they have always been friendly, professional and fast. Love West and Pam. It's so nice to have a Urgent Care in Eaton, especially when it might take a day or two to get into the doctor and you've got a sick child. Awesome place.
Had the best experience with Pam....she stitched up my son and was amazing at it while also talking to him and making him feel comfortable....the people there are amazing!
My 2 year old typically does not do well with doctor visits, but he did very well thanks to all of the friendly and caring staff! The care was excellent and I will use this facility again if needed!
