Just left the store with the perfect backpack thanks to Thad! We tried on at least five packs…multiple times….hiked around the store…wash rinse repeat! Thad was so patient with us! Thanks REI!

Would probably have been a 3 star and the Ethan showed up ad saved the day. A guy that really wants to help. If I had a bike shop come to REI co-op and steal Ethan.
i went to grab some hiking boots and water shoes for a trip and em and jess were fantastic. i feel like i tried on every shoe in that store trying to find something that felt good but they were so patient and kept giving good recs until i found the right ones. very satisfied and will be back anytime i need some outdoor equipment.
Jace deserve a raise! I stood at the checkout for 10+ minutes trying to find a coupon I had lost and he was very patient and friendly.
