Jace deserve a raise! I stood at the checkout for 10+ minutes trying to find a coupon I had lost and he was very patient and friendly.

I have never been to an REI but when I entered I felt immediately welcomed! The store was very clean and well organized making it easy to access! I was helped by many different employees that made their best efforts to help me and my friend get what we needed! Especially the cashier Jace who helped us check out, he was really helpful and kind! I would definitely come again!

I visited REI coop at the summit to get some hiking pants. Got help from 2 associates Abby and Claire. Great help locating what I was looking for and what I needed. Shopped around a little and found a few more goodies. Store was clean. Shoe selection small for an REI. Hiking packs, sleeping bags, trekking poles, and clothes. The cycling selection is very limited. My only complaint is that it’s at the Summit. This place is awful and was designed by morons. Traffic patterns were never even a thought designing this place. I was one of the “few” that are being told we can no longer return items b/c we make too many returns. That’s fine, I do order a lot online and return in store but the items are not damaged or old, simply tried on at home. Well the new policy was emailed to me, see attached, but I am being told that this policy is retroactive which is illegal. The company can only change policies going forward, not back. I have a large order of shoes I need to return that were purchased prior to Nov 6th (when this new policy went into effect... read more
