No more REI products in my house. The 2nd Amendment is too important for me.
One of my favorite store to shop in. I've found myself going there when I know there is absolutely nothing I need but I just love looking around. There is always a new treasure or two to admire and put on my wish list. Staff is super helpful, particularly in the shoe section. Love it!
It’s ok. Went to buy hiking boots. Zero help from the girl in the shoe dept. she got the shoes out but that’s it. Wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why she wasn’t very helpful. When I bought boots at the Kaizer rei I got amazing service. Told me the pros & cons of each boot I tried on. Based on his knowledge & service I bought the best boots ever-Oboz. We were shopping yesterday for my husband. Again not bad service just not the great service I got in Keizer
My husband just bought an REI bike, and I think we may return it on principle. No mention that it doesn't come with pedals and that it would be an extra cost. And no mention that it does not count towards the dividend. Poor customer service & policy. Unfortunate, because customer service & policy is the whole reason we went with REI to begin with; it was supposed to be good.
Yep. Would love to camp inside a few days. Was told not to :/ Great store! One problem: No REI Washington stickers!! Had the same problem in Oregon and Colorado. Corporate, if you're reading this make sure to fix and give me an expense account for bringing this dire problem to your attention. Good day!
Great class about backpacking basics. Full of info & instructor was a great communicator.
