Called on a Wednesday for a non-emergency hot water issue. I wanted a new hot water heater installed. Ed Rehm was at my door on Thursday at 8 am, tools in hand, and ready to go! Customer service was top tier. Pricing was great, about $1000 less than a local competitor. Upon job completion, he explained everything he did and the safety features I need to be aware of. I will be using Rehm for all future HVAC needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.

My A/C stopped working Thursday evening and I called the next day. Ed came out later that day and tried a few things but nothing worked. He showed me what he did to try to fix my unit, but since it was around 25 years old, it couldn't be fixed. He called his office and was able to get me a new one right away. I decided to replace my furnace as well since that was about 20 years old and wouldn't last much longer either. Ed came out on Monday and was able to get everything installed and working that day, just in time for a 90 ... read more
