I strongly encourage all of the people who have a negative experience with this man to make sure to complain to the Corvallis Clinic! He is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever come across in all of my life. He doesn't listen, he's rude, he's disrespectful... I could go on and on about how awful he is. I honestly don't know how he is still "practicing" medicine. He needs to find a new career.

Wow, I've never had such an awful experience with a physician, no exaggeration I figured the other negative reviews must be outliers or whiners. Surely no doctor can be THAT bad and have such a complete lack of compassion, but now I know they're spot on. In the 3-4 minutes he spent with me (really, no longer) he talked at me, not to me. I would NEVER advise anyone to go to this horrible excuse for a physician. He was sexist, rude, condescending, and said things during my daughters appointment that made me question his use of mood altering drugs. He sat down in the room and started babbling about young women having problems with body acceptance issues, then leered at me, and said: and old women TOO. He is in Corvallis as well......Rude and not helpful! I have never encountered such a rude person. I was completely blown away. He did not listen, he raised his voice at me, slammed his hand down next to me and said in a loud mean voice "are you a doctor" I felt attacked with his words, and not just those words. There was many other rude words and hand gestures. I wish I had done my research before going to this so call "pain management" doctor, I got a referral to see him by my primary doctor in, I was seeing a pain management doctor in Portland at the time and wanted to see someone local. So I have been suffering from lower back pain and pain down my right leg that has only been progressively getting worse, and pain in my left shoulder that leads to my right thumb, index, and middle finger going numb. Worst encounter with a medical "professional" in my entire 63 years. Got myself referred to Coello because he seemed the closest thing our clinic offered to help me with post acute withdrawal, issues I'm still having long after going off post surgery Oxycodone. He was reluctant to let my husband come in with me, then got mad because my GP had put "lower back pain" on my referral slip. I should have come here before seeing this Dr.He was rude and arrogant. He did not identify himself. He asked my wife to leave the room. I tried to explain to him the problems I was having with my current pain meds but he told me that if I didnt have cancer and end of life pain, he didnt know why I was there! We walked out after only 4 minutes of his crap. He is the rudest Dr. I have ever spoken to. I would not reccomend this guy to anyone.
