The receptionist at the desk is very rude in how she talks with patients. I get it you work in healthcare and are busy. I also work in healthcare but treat patients with respect and no attitude. This would be the lady who was working 9/27 at 430pm. She needs to treat patients better.

Dr Colato saved my life. I do not know a better reference. I was 99% blocked in my widow maker artery. When I have gone for follow-ups he answers all my questions and takes time with me. Good man.

P.A. Andrea Vanbeek who I will refer to as doctor is a phenomenal person. She is caring and completely involved with her patients. My father was a patient of hers for approximately 8 months. She treated him in a way that made us fill like he was her only patient even though we knew he wasn't. Her professionalism, compassion, communication skills and overall common sense were obvious from his very first appointment. My father was hospitalized for two weeks before he passed away. Of course u go in and see the midwife while in labor right?! Well we did and I requested prior a water birth in the tub prior. She had the nerve to say no... That it wasnt happening. But it was first thing in the morning and she just had the worst attitude. Something that was already stressing me out more and more while I was there.. And if anyone who has had a baby prior will tell u.. Stress makes labor worse and much more painful.. But anything I requested she shot down ..She DID NOT CARE AT ALL!! I had an appointment today for a simple biopsy on my right breast to check for cancer. Supposedly an in and out appointment with nothing more than a local needed. First, the 'greeter' hassled me over my personal mask (which has to be sterilized in hot water due to severe dust allergies) but never once offered to take a temperature check to see if I were actually sick. I went here after a month of visits at Memorial Wound Care with absolutely no progress and repeated denial of skin grafts by my insurance based on them not providing required information to Blue Cross. On my second visit to Heart Hospital Wound Care, they had skin grafts approved and started and my non healing wound began to heal. They took the time to work with Blue Cross to get me healed. I'm walking now with no issues and the wound on my ankle is healed! Dr. Pasoboc and his team are the best!!

Extremely expensive and not enough staff or proper equipment to attend to you. Then will not transfer you to another hospital.

Donna Bair is a very patient, nice Doctor who explains things well and is very positive. Her nurse is, also, very patient and displays a lot of empathy for the patient.

I went in yesterday 8/13/2012 and i needed medical care because I hurt my lower back from moving a large refrigerator. As soon as I got there I was seen by a Sandy M. Barberie, PA. The fist thing she asked was ''describe your pain from 1 to 10 or are you faking it?''
