Went to ER due to thinking I was having a heart problem. Everyone in ER gave me exceptional service. Was then admitted where again everyone I came in contact with was exceptional. Guess my only complaint was wait time from last test to go home that evening. But, they were busy. I am not sure why all the negative reviews, but I am sure of this; Without the emergency care, my soulmate would not be here. They ABSOLUTELY performed a miracle. My soulmate had 4 cardiac arrests and shouldn't even be here. But they did NOT give up and brought him back! Without the well trained "emergency room Gods" I would be devastated and alone right now and planning a funeral instead of writing this review. The care there has been outstanding! My surgery was not heart-related, but I chose BHH because I was familiar with the facility and staff (my wife was a patient at BHH for several weeks a few months ago). I was only at BHH for about 5 hours for this surgery, but I really appreciated the friendly and meticulous staff, especially nurse Ed. I had to repeatedly confirm my name and birth date to various staff members (some of whom apologized for asking me to re-confirm) but I appreciated how careful they were to verify important details. HORRIBLE communications had stitches and was told to come back in a week to remove no need for appointment. came back said walk ins were about an hour 1 hour and 45 minutes later was told were were next then they took two other patients and we were still sitting. should not have had to wait that long for a simple procedure, and should have been told at the first visit to make an appointment. be using a different organization if the need ever arises

There is a genuine sense of harmony with everyone. Professional and friendly staff. I always enjoy being there. I am very greatfull for their vast knowledge and willingness to think outside of the box. I started coming in 2012 and have seen constant advancements in their services.

First of all, I would give NO stars if I could! I am a person that never sees a doctor if I can help it; I've had too many bad experiences with them. I do not have a primary because of this reason. For 2 weeks one of my breasts has been sore and I finally decided to schedule a mammogram. Me reaching out is very difficult as my whole family can attest to. Pathetic service, you will only be able to See a PA. If you want an emergency appointment they will not let you see any other available provider you can only see the one you saw previously. If they switch to a different provider you are considered a new patient. I had a muscle spasm On 29th Aug my appointment was 21st Sept. I could not drive and they refused to Discuss my report in the phone, insisted I come in. Oh and I had to Coordinate between the doctor’s office and MRI place to get the report to them.
