I’ve been coming for 5 months and I can truly say I’ve improved after my Back surgery leaps and bounds thanks Kirk for making my everyday life that much better. Definitely give these wonderful people a shot, I did and am very thankful God bless

The atmosphere is relaxed, upbeat, and fun with good music! Wes and Kirk are always very professional! They explain the stretches and exercises and answer all questions! I always get a good workout and feel like I have accomplished goals w rehab! Thanks for what you do!!
I personally know Kirk and having his advice was absolutely a necessity for me. He is one of the kindest and most professional men I have had the privilege to know. You can tell he knows what he is doing and he truly cares. I had an issue with my wrist and with one small exercise, it completely changed. I no longer have any pain and that is all thanks to Kirk.
