RecommendedI have been here for four different events - neck pain, two total knee replacements, and an ankle repair. Dwaine Miller has been my physical therapist. Every stint of treatment has been successful and exceeded my expectations. The support staff gets along well, is upbeat, and very helpful! I would not seek physical therapy anywhere else in the Lake Charles area! I have always gotten first class care! ❤️❤️❤️
They charged me $112.79 to show me how to put a hand brace on (they coded it as therapy) after I had already paid for the brace out of pocket. I will never use them again.

Can’t thank Rehab One -PT Dwaine Miller (& team) for all they did to help Bill to be able to walk & function good. For the past 10 years they have been there for our family through, knee, shoulder, foot, hip surgeries & this last one, Quadricep tendon surgery. They just don’t come better than Mr Dwaine Miller in the rehab business. He is very professional & knows how to get you to your best, yet is the kindest & most gentle person ever while doing it. We appreciate Rehab One, all the team & love-’em to pieces. �
